• If the guest cancels before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• For cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• Refunds are applicable only when 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–9 days after the cancellation request.
